We have decided to expand the regional scope of our activities into the EU area by opening a strongly capitalized and BAFIN-licensed entity in Stuttgart, Germany.

With Mr. Cyrus Moriabadi and his deputy Rainer Drowin, we are delighted to have found two experienced specialists and proven investment managers who will organize and lead our activities in Stuttgart as members of the management team. Mr. Moriabadi was last responsible for the set-up and expansion of Sal. Oppenheim’s presence in Stuttgart (2001) and Baden Baden (2003) where he built up a substantial presence and strong reputation managing assets for important private clients as well as institutions. By making their individual requirements a top priority, he attained a high level of client satisfaction and the results achieved over the years have set new quality standards in the industry.

The severance of Cyrus Moriabadi and Rainer Drowin from Sal. Oppenheim and their move to Landert Family Office takes place on an amicable basis.

Simultaneously with the expansion, Gerhard Landert is also implementing the design for a sustainable basis for the future development of his business: Patrick J. Aregger and Cyrus Moriabadi will become partners and members of the executive management team in the new corporate structure. They will be responsible for business development and growth in the future. Gerhard Landert remains available for clients and the company as majority shareholder and will continue to contribute his know-how and experience for a long time to come. The decision to invest in the future of his successful business model allows him to focus even more on his core competences being research, investment consulting and active asset management.
